Can green experiences in commercial shipping be elevated to contemporary, green naval shipping – without losing defense capabilities?
In parallel with the need for green transition, the escalated geopolitical situation and the war in Ukraine have led to NATO countries increasingly investing in defense capabilities and preparedness. This provides good opportunities for civil and defense industry in maritime nations to develop and demonstrate leadership in terms of efficient and green ships, which also provides excellent maritime defense capabilities.
Target participants
Navies and coast guards, civilian companies providing services to such operators, shipping companies, yards, public and private cargo owners, international and national defense organizations, suppliers, ports, the financial industry, public agencies, politicians and the press are welcomed.
